Payment Terms

Online payments are encouraged to help simplify payment process for you whilst benefiting the environment.

Credit Card and Paypal Payments

In most cases customers avail hassle free online payment against Online Invoicing forwarded by DIS INFOTECH Billing. We believe that the current economic climate should not limit your ability to avail of our company's services but that we should find a way to be open them to everyone. This is why we have implemented the online payment system. This helps to reduce paper waste of cheques and time.

PAYMENT MODES

We accept the following forms of payment: Credit cards, Paypal, Moneybrokers, Western Union, RTGS bank transfers, SWIFT and online electronic funds transfer. We do not accept cheque or cash payments. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and hope to provide card services in the near future.

Bank Wire Transfer
We encourage online electronic transfer SWIFT as the preferred method of payment. Details will be provided on request.

PAYMENT TERMS

In order for a project to comence 50% deposit for all services must be paid in advance. Final payment is due on completion of project or work completed and should be paid prior to any artwork being handed over to client. Until the final payment is made the work is the property of DIS INFOTECH. On receipt of final payment all work becomes property of the client. Any 3rd party materials, such as, printing, stock photography must be paid in advance in full. (Our printing is guaranteed so if you are not satisfied with the job we do then we will reprint for you.)

Website management fees are to be paid 50% in advance for the 1st month with the remaining 50% due on completion of the 1st month as well as 50% for the following month.
